I'm in Madison, Wisconsin

Hello from Madison.
I'm here to participate in a TREK FIT clinic ( level two ). It's snowy and cold and a lot like Canada in January outside. I'm looking forward to increasing the breadth of my bike fit knowledge, particularly in the area of Tri/Time Trail bikes and cleat adjustment.

It's a new year !

Well it's 2010 already and with the change of calendar comes renewed hopes and promise. The year should be exciting for me and I hope to stay fresh and invested in those activities and people that I love and find exciting.
